Holiday Season: $925 per night
US Independence Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, and Easter
Guests Included: 4 guests
Add $50 per night, per additional guest.
Minimum Stay: 3 nights
Maximum Occupancy: 10 guests
Propery Layout: 4 bedrooms, 4 baths, beachfront swimming pool.
Sleeping Arrangements: Upstairs Suite: 1x King (or 2x Twin). Upstairs Middle: 2x Twin (or 1x King). Upstairs Jr. Suite: 2x Queen. Downstairs: 1x King (or 2x Twin).
Booking Policy: 50% of the rental rate is required to confirm a reservation. The rental balance is due 30-days prior to arrival, along with airport transportation and meal plan payment (if booking either or both of these services). Full payment is due at time of booking if booking is being made 30-days or fewer before check in.
Cancellation Policy: 60+ days cancellation notice - full refund (less 5% transaction fee); 30-59 days cancellation notice - cancellation fee 50% of rental rate; less than 30 days notice - no refund.
